Tech Savy: Is familiar with modern tools, curious about recent trends, and familiar with commonly used tech jargon.
Hands-on: Someone who is willing to get their hands dirty and dive into solving a problem, instead of delegating. Collaborates with relevant stakeholders to get the work done
A Risk Taker: If you tried something in the past and failed, that’s exactly what we’re looking for. The right candidate thinks out of what’s already trending, and goes against the wind. Has the ability to foresee potential challenges and plan accordingly.
