Position: Quality Compliance Manager
Location: Lahore

What You Will Be Accountable For:

Develop and deploy Quality compliance processes and tools that enable the organisation and our suppliers to ensure our Multicategory products are fit for purpose.
Provide support to the Global Quality community and the entire organisation in promoting the quality compliance culture for Multicategory products.
Leverage the knowledge/technologies/capabilities from internal/external networks aligned with the Quality Strategy to drive effective quality compliance framework.
Drive and support collaboration within and across teams, functions and end-markets/ factories to support the landing of new quality compliance tools with minimal disruption.
Collaborate effectively with factories to enable quality compliance culture.
Support Global and local quality teams to run compliance reviews and health checks effectively.
Manage the delivery of assigned projects to agreed time, quality and cost.
Identify risks and ensure adequate mitigation or escalate when something can impact on successful delivery.

Experience Required

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

Operations and Quality management experience at manufacturing site and/or above market teams.
Experience in working across multiple functions and projects with knowledge of problems solving tools and methodologies.
Experience of establishing policies, procedures, and systems in a multi category environment.
Experience of contributing to continuous improvement practices with the ability to manage complex issues and work independently.
Excellent communication, influencing, and interpersonal skills.
Effective engagement skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.

Technical / Functional / Leadership Skills Required

Ability to work in a multi geographical environment
Excellent communication, influencing, and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrable ability to work across functions and projects effectively.
Knowledge of quality standards and processes.

Education / Qualifications / Certifications Required: Degree or equivalent in Applied Science, Industrial, Food Technology or Engineering management related disciplines . Apply
