Urgently looking to hire HR Executive.
Job Description:
Providing support in day-to-day HR Operations such as onboarding, offboarding and maintaining a detailed record of the company’s employee’s database and personal files other tasks include :
- To maintain secured mechanism and documentation and employee filing.
- Supervising the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department.
- Payroll Management and performance management.
- Ensuring all the employees comply with the HR policies.
- Resolve Workplace Conflicts, staff grievance, disciplinary issue and termination.
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management.
Experience: upto 1 years of working experience in Human Resources department preferably Packaging /Printing industry.
Location: (Korangi Industrial area Karachi)
