The position is required to facilitate the Soda Ash Division in effectively carrying out financial stewardship, business strategic planning, evaluating commercial proposals, budgeting & forecasting, financial management, monthly/ quarterly closing, reporting and day to day routine tasks in order to deliver the business’s short and long term goals.
- Carry out domestic and export customer analysis in line with budget and provide rolling forecast along with variances analysis.
- Liaise with the Commercial department for preparation of LV, rolling forecast and budgeting.
- Carry out trade debtor aging analysis as per Company guidelines.
- Work closely with other departments during internal and external audits.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting close along with statutory reporting.
- Manage and analyse current power BI dashboard and look for further opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Manage and analyse customer credit limits as per the policy.
- Manage business letter of credit requirements.
- Analyse and managing product pricing, discount, freight and commission in SAP.
- Lead in quality, speed and cost competitiveness.
- Customer and market knowledge.
