Position: Sales Admin Executive
Locations: Gujranwala
Department: Sales
Qualification: Bachelors or Masters preferably MBA.
Experience: 2 – 3 years of experience, FMCG preferred.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist Regional Manager in daily office matters on day-to-day basis; analyzes and reports sales data, manages processing of distribution claims, maintains regional office and compiles data pertaining to future sales plans of the region after seeking advice from RM.
- Coordinate with other functions on behalf of Regional Office for the accomplishment of different tasks.
- Analyze reports on sales across different metrics; Identifies reasons for variations in sales data and reports and shares sales reports to executive management including SRM, line manager and Group Regional Manager.
- Generate reports on primary and secondary sales from SAP data on a daily basis.
- Ensure timely processing of damage claims of distributors through the SOP.
- Provide specific marketing and functional information (data requirements) to fulfill requests for Head Office and Trade Marketing.
- Ensure timely execution of orders and processing of credited payments from distributors to make them satisfied.
- Oversee and maintain inflows and outflows of stock to prevent expiry.
- Fulfill requirements pertaining to the induction of new distributors.
- Engage in general office administration by maintaining matters pertaining to utilities, fuel and office supplies.
- Maintain attendance records of the team at designated Regional Sales Office.
- Responsible for all courier related correspondence between regional team and head office.
- Seek advice and input from line manager in constructing sales plans.
- Support in field operations which includes monthly expenses, incentives, medical bills and salary of contract workers.
- Monitor and share distributor, town, territory, and area achievement on daily basis, to ensure that field team has visibility of their performance vs time gone
