POSITION: Telesales Executive (Female)
LOCATION: LAHORE
A leading Real Estate Marketing company is looking for a Telesales Executive (Female) to contribute in generating sales for our sales department. You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
· Calling existing and potential customers to persuade them to purchase ilaan’s service packages.
· Generating promising leads for the outside/field sales team to pursue.
· Continually meeting or exceeding Monthly targets with respect to call volume and sales.
· Managing customer accounts by ensuring that existing customers remain satisfied with company services.
· Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
· Using sales scripts proffered by the company to drive sales and respond to customer rejections.
· Developing in-depth knowledge of customer products and services to make suitable recommendations based on customers’ needs and preferences.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in any field.
· Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in same role.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
