What you’ll do:
• Identify opportunities for improvement in the development of captain experience
• Developing insights and analytics around captains’ behavior to build segmentation and a more tailored approach to engagement
• Provide high-level analysis and reporting on Captain Experience
• Lead the development of captain communication through in app stories tool
• Providing the best location experience for customers and captains by carrying out the end to end execution of location mapping (including on ground visits)
• Be an advocate and voice for the captain
• Being strong with execution and follow ups to take projects to the finish line
What you’ll need:
• Be a hustler and demonstrate willingness to do field work (locations data collection)
• Strong analytical skills
• Educated to BS level (or equivalent) or higher
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• 1+ years of experience in professional environment

For that reason, our offices are still open and provide plenty of collaboration-friendly spaces at times when teams need it or if you need a quiet space to work outside of home.
You’ll be working in the location you’re hired from. Due to legal and compensation considerations, you will need to be based out of the country you’re hired from as your primary work location.
