First Women Bank is hiring for Manager Talent Acquisition
Job Purpose/Summary:
Responsible for managing complete recruitment cycle in the Bank and ensure its alignment with Human Resource and Bank’s business strategy. Design induction programs and job advertisement to attract & recruit the desired quality of people at different levels and create strong talent pipelines for the bank’s current and future hiring needs. Also responsible to facilitate in developing and improvement of recruitment policies and procedures. He/she should develop trusting relationship with the stake holders and stimulate employment branding.
Academic/Professional Qualification: Graduate / preferably Masters or equivalent from HEC recognized institute or reputed foreign institute.
Competencies Required: Proficient in MS Office and Excel and MS Visio.
Required Skills: Candidate must possess sound knowledge of:
· Good communication skills
· Good time-management and organizing skills
· Understanding of systems i.e. Harmony, Dynamics etc.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end to end recruitment process from sourcing to on-boarding.
Develop, monitor and maintain applicant pool.
Prepare and announce internal and external job positing.
Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in –person interview.
Develop and maintain professional relationships with External Employment Agencies, universities and other sources to meet Banks sourcing requirement.
Responsible for vacancy management of assignment segment bank wide. Duties may include shortlisting, interviewing, referring the candidate to the client department.
Ensure all pre-hiring checks are conducted for prospective candidate.
Prepare employee compensation package after conducting detailed internal/external salary analysis, internal checks and verification, market-job worth, experience, qualification, consultation with line manager, and making job offer to the prospective candidate.
Compile and update report for job openings, hires and post hire summaries.
Ensure employee’s complete joining documentation requirements as per Bank Policy.
Update and developed Organogram’s, Job Description’s and HR Budget.
Responsible for Ministry of Finance correspondence.
Represent bank in job fairs and recruitment events of the department.
