Looking for a Database Administrator, to join our NayaPay family!
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
• Monitor system performance and identify problems.
• Assist in the resolution of complex problems in support of production including 24/7 on-call DBA support.
• Ensure that the database is adequately backed up and able to recover in the event of memory loss.
• Suggest changes and improvements for database maintenance or protection.
• Liaise with IT Project Managers and database programmers.
WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:
• Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Database Administrator.
• Proficiency in data manipulation languages including MS SQL, Oracle Database, MYSQL, and MongoDB.
• Advanced certification as an OCP and MCDBA.
