Responsibilities:
- Lead the supply chain team in executing best practices and measuring performance through agreed-upon Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Plan and manage all activities related to the sourcing and procurement of necessary materials and supplies needed to meet the changing levels of product demand.
- Direct and coordinate global supply chain functions through strategy, resource optimization, profitability maximization, and KPIs resulting in the maximization of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to identify and maintain resources needed to establish and provide an effective supply chain.
- Develop SOP to increase efficiency throughout the supply chain while ensuring quality and safety; implements subsequent changes to processes.
- Establish performance metrics for measurement, comparison, or evaluation of factors affecting the supply chain.
Strategize and execute relevant purchasing activities to achieve the business targets to serve business needs in the most effective manner. - Proactively identify and resolve supply/demand gaps with a focus on meeting all customer requirements in the most efficient manner possible

Responsibilities:
- Configure the Oracle EBS System as per the Blue Print Document
- Document all the changes and new configurations (System Design Document)
- Prepare test scripts for testing the configured scenarios
- Acceleration of issues and daily operational activities to the senior team members
- Weekly/Bi-weekly and monthly reporting as per departmental policy requirements
- Support on-going business operations in modules, maintaining team Service Level Agreements and handling all support tickets on time
- Actively co-ordinate with business users for requirement gathering, solution proposal, and ERP functionality utilization
- Build self-capacity to design ERP solutions and assist senior analysts in implementing solutions to cater to business requirements
- Escalate issues to senior analysts, maintain thorough follow-up, and continue to build own capacity actively to handle complex issues independently
