Netkom Technologies is looking for HR Executive (Islamabad)
Role Summary:
The “HR Executive” will be responsible to optimize and bring efficiency in HR operations, functions and system management. Manage and administrator employee lifecycle to systemize & automate the HR processes. The incumbent must be a people’s person, good listener and detail oriented to keep a record of confidential data by ensuring secrecy at all levels.
Job Specifications:
- Masters/ Bachelor’s degree in HR from an accredited university
- Must have at least 2-3 years of experience, specifically 1-2 years of experience in IT/Telecom services industry at similar capacity
- Must have expertise on MS Office
- Must have knowledge of ERP
- Ability to work in fast paced environment
- Should have ability to work under pressure
- Excellent presentation skills
