Position Title: ASSISTANT MANAGER INTERNAL AUDIT
Experience Required: up to 10 years
Qualification: ACCA
Job Description:
- Prepare and carry out audit work programs of the selected audit area as per the audit plan.
- Responsible for the audit fieldwork to evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of the internal controls of the processes under review.
- Perform audit testing procedures, including identifying issues, reviewing and analyzing evidence, and documenting the auditee’s processes and procedures.
- Documenting audit observations supported by accurately maintained working papers for review purposes.
- Assisting in the drafting of audit findings and corrective actions by the auditee.
- Coordinating with auditee while performing audit procedures and follow-ups of timelines against findings.
- Performing physical stock counts to verify the existence of company assets during the review of Stores’ process.

Job Description:
- Assisting in the development/ updating audit work program/ Checklist/ process flows of the assigned audit.
- Assisting in the process of evaluating the effectiveness of internal controls.
- Executing detailed audit testing procedures, including gathering information, studying ERP reports, reviewing transactions, records, and policies & procedures.
- Prepare working papers that record and summarize audit procedures performed.
- Assisting in developing and documenting findings for corrective action/ improvement.
- Assisting in conducting physical stock counts during the review of Stores’ process.
