JS Bank is looking for experienced Relationship Managers for Karachi Branches:-
Job Description
A- Key point of contact for branch customers; Handles customer inquiries and complaints
B- Handles account opening and selling of Bank’s products to branch customers
C- Monitors service and quality indicators and takes corrective measures to ensure highest level of customer satisfaction
D- Assists customers in their banking transactions
E- Cross sells and promotes Retail Banking products
F- Provides updated to supervisor and management at regular intervals
G- Ensure process efficiency and implements measures to improve productive constantly
H- Manages reportees performance evaluation and training & development need identification
Qualification: Bachelors Degree / Masters Degree
Experience: must have 3-5 years of Branch Manager experience
