TPL Properties Limited is a public listed company incorporated in Pakistan on February 14, 2007, under the Companies Ordinance, 1984. The principal activities of this real estate development company are to invest, purchase, develop, sell, lease or dispose off real estate assets primarily in the commercial and residential asset classes.
We are looking for energetic and enthusiastic individuals to join our growing team as Manager Finance. The position will report to CFO and will be responsible for accounting, reporting, taxation, and budgeting. The ideal candidate should be CA / ACCA / CIMA / ICMA with at least 3 to 4 years of post-qualification experience in well-established organizations.
Skills:
Sound knowledge of accounting principles, IFRS, Companies Act 2017 and Income Tax Ordinance
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Proficient in MS Office
Excellent analytical and decision-making skills
Expertise in ERP (Oracle)
Location: Karachi
