Position: Executive (Imports & Planning)
Key Responsibilities
- Coordination with clearing agents for early custom clearance and duty/ taxes requisition sheets.
- Preparing monthly closing summery of bonded warehouse for Customs reporting.
- Managing the Bonded Warehouse gate in/ gate out on daily base in the system.
- Properly Maintained Bonded Register as per Custom Requirement for audit purpose.
- Coordination with Finance for timely arrangements of duty & taxes pay orders for custom clearance.
- H.S Code wise data entry in IRIS for I. Tax Exemption at the time of Duty & Taxes payments.
- Prepare daily duty & taxes requisition sheet for pay orders.
- To Dispatch original documents to clearing agents for custom clearance.
