Position: HCM Consultant
Requirements: Masters degree/BS (preferably MSC- IT/MBA-IT/BS- IT) 8+ years of experience (4 – 5 years of experience of leading a cross functional SAP teams)
Overall Responsibilities
- Minimum of 2 Full Life-cycle implementations of SAP SuccessFactors EC and ECP, Recruitment, ONB from planning to configuration through go-live and support.
- Exposure to any of the following a big plus – HR Administration including Workforce Planning, Training / Learning Administration, Qualtrics and HR analytics
- Prior experience with SAP-HCM application would be an added advantage.
- Experience with Agile methodologies
- Excellent Analytical and Communication skills
- Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel.
- Integration support skills between SF and SAP
- Knowledge/experience of LMS validation process
Technical/Functional Skills and Expectations:-
- SAP Success Factors PMGM/SP/COMP/EC certification/skills.
- Must have SAP certification.
