PRODUCT MANAGER – LAHORE

Collaborate with product management, product marketing, support and sales to translate business requirements into user stories for the development teams to implement
Develop and maintain an appropriately prioritized backlog of user stories for implementation
Work with product management and technical leads to determine scope and priorities for product development cycles
Work with development teams to ensure that they understand the vision for the product and are designing great features for our customers
Develop appropriately detailed specifications for product features so that they are clearly understood by the development teams
Interview customers and work with UI/UX to utilize user testing to gather and validate requirements
Evaluate and validate with development teams the effort estimates for user stories and features
Inspire and motivate the development teams to deliver innovative and exciting solutions with an appropriate sense of urgency
Act as an ambassador for the product internally and externally, and as the primary technical contact for queries related to the product
Bridge the gap between our technical needs and the requirements of our users including providing detailed product requirements for implementation of changes to our systems
Work with key stakeholders across the company to ensure successful product releases
Work hand-in-hand with Support and QA teams to collect and classify defects, prioritize appropriately and ensure expected functionality is fully understood

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

Bachelor’s degree or higher – or the equivalent, preferably in relevant technical fields such as Computer Science, BBIT, etc
2+ years of experience as a product owner in an Agile software development environment
Expertise communicating progress at each phase of development as appropriate, including published roadmaps, requirements and other information
High degree of both technical expertise and business acumen
Strong results-orientation combined with excellent judgment and problem-solving skills; track record of product success
Demonstration of outstanding communication skills internally and externally, across teams and functions
Demonstration of attention to detail, strong organization and planning skills
PREFERENCE: Experience with payment system technology, banking or payment processing

MARKETING MANAGER – LAHORE
As the Marketing Manager, you will own the design, content and execution of marketing campaigns to end users. This role will take the lead in creating and implementing marketing campaigns and promotions, reaching millions of users every month. This role will help drive B2C marketing programs from conception to completion, working with top-tier online game publishers, top retailers and popular payment products.

Lead marketing campaigns with ad publishers, payment and retail partners, including owning the design, content and distribution of banners, social media posts, marketing ads, etc
Cooperate with other business units to execute campaigns involving multiple products and services.
Manage Facebook page, YouTube account and other social media destinations for different applications
Aid in the execution of referral programs, banner advertising and PR.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

Bachelor’s degree in related field required or equivalent work experience.
5+ years of experience in marketing in the online games and mobile applications industry is a must.
Proficiency with tracking and reporting tools such as Google Analytics and Firebase.
Experience with Facebook and Google advertising (Google Search Ads, Google Display Network).
Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work across time zones and cultures

PERFORMANCE MARKETING MANAGER – LAHORE
As the Performance Marketing Manager, you will own the digital marketing and execution of marketing campaigns to end users. This role will take the lead in creating and implementing performance marketing campaigns and promotions, reaching millions of users every month. This role will help drive B2C performance marketing programs from conception to completion, working with top-tier online game publishers and platforms.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Lead growth strategies & create digital activation strategies for applications and games
Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
Design, build and maintain our social media presence through robust community management & optimization of digital assets.
Measure & report performance on digital marketing campaigns & assess effectiveness & efficiencies against goals. Handle overall digital content calendar, scheduling, etc.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

Bachelor’s degree in related field required or equivalent work experience.
4+ years of experience in performance marketing in the online games and mobile applications industry is a must.

FULL STACK DEVELOPER- LAHORE
As a Full Stack Developer you’ll work with Node on the backend, interfacing with multiple third party services as well as iOS and Android apps. You’ll also work on the frontend, creating an excellent user experience through good UI / UX and use React Native for the mobile apps.

Requirements

At least 6 years of experience with full stack development experience with minimum one year in leadership role.
Minimum 3 years hands on experience in Node JS
2+ years of experience in React Native
Comfortable on working with microservices architectures
Penchant for learning new technologies balanced with strong pragmatic thinking.
Proficient with version control and effective collaborative development workflows.
Able to quickly fix bugs and solve problems in large, complex apps.
Experience with a cloud provider (AWS/Google) considered an asset
Advocate of Agile development processes and able to get the balance right with rapid iteration and clean well tested code
Excellent communication skills
Bonus Skills: Experience in Gaming Industry would be a big plus
