HR SPECIALIST (PROJECTS & OPERATIONS)

Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive, accurate and timely service to Head HR.
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business trategy.
Developing, analyzing, and updating the company’s annual budget, bonus, increments and promotions.
Responsible for preparing and processing of Monthly Payroll error free and ensure to meet the deadlines as per policy.
Regular Communication with factories coordinator’s and different departments for employees related issues.
Develop methods to improve employment policies, processes, and practices, and recommend changes to Head of the Department.
Manage the activities of the Compensation and Benefits and ensure that all activities are carried in compliance with established policies and procedures.
Regular Communication with coordinator’s and different departments for employees related issues.
Develop methods to improve employment policies, processes, and practices, and recommend changes to Head of the Department.
Control departmental expenses within budget
Promotional working will be done on quarterly basis after finalization of KPI
Make KPI summary on quarterly and monthly basis
Perform Any Other Duty Assigned by HOD.

Skills set

Proficient in Human Recourse Management.
Proficient in MS. Office.
Effective Verbal and written Communication Skills.
Proficient in Report Writing.

Qualification: BBA, MBA (HR) Professional
Experience: Total
Experience: 4 to 5 years of Experience in relevant field
