Artistic Apparels Pvt. Ltd is hiring for the position of “Secretary to CEO – Male”
Education: Minimum Graduate
Experience At least 4-5 years of experience as an Executive Secretary in Textile/Garments Industry
Location: Korangi Industrial Area – Karachi
Job Responsibilities:
- Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls.
- Time/diary management.
- Organizing and preparing documents, preparation of meetings and board papers.
- Coordinating and booking travel arrangements, transport and accommodation.
- Managing databases and filing systems.
- Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems.
- Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients.
Required Skills:
- Exceptional computer literacy.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Candidate must have highly developed organizational skills.
- Ability to take initiatives and maturity to handle range of situations.
- Ability to work on tight deadlines.
