Looking for Expert Provisioning Operations
Education Required: Masters, BCS or IT Related degree
Experience Required: At least 3 years of working in TABS Provisioning/Order Management operations.

Skill Set Required:

Sound knowledge of TABS Provisioning/Order Management Operations.
Working knowledge of TABS CRM/Billing Operations
Working knowledge of Unix-based systems like Solaris, HP-UNIX.
Working Knowledge of Oracle database.
Hands-on experience in Query development using any reporting tool like TOAD etc.
Have strong analytical and problem solving skills

Responsibilities:

24/7 TABS Provisioning Operational Support.
Resolving end-user Provisioning issues in timely manner.
Configuration & development of Order setups and their monitoring.
Coordinate with OSS teams for issue resolution.
Perform root cause analysis for issues and provide effective timely resolution.
Test fixes and performs post-resolution follow-ups to ensure problems have been adequately resolved.
Liaison with L1 Offshore team and also Vendor for L3 Support.
Develop scripts to automate Provisioning Operations.
