Position: “Customer Service Executive” (Female)
Department: Customer Service
Location: Karachi (Head Office).
Education: Candidate should be MBA in Marketing/Supply Chain from renowned university.
Experience: 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably from Logistics Industry.
Requirement : Candidate must have good command on MS Office; exceptional communication, interpersonal and presentation skills; Must be energetic and self- motivated to build strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling Shipments of different sector products.
- Negotiating tariff with pricing department.
- Follow ups from operation department to facilitate customers.
- Provide solutions and fastest action on customer complaints
- Timely action on customer comments and feedback received through customer feedback forms
