Position / Title: Recovery Supervisor
Job Type: Permanent
Department: Branch Banking Micro-finance bank
Location: Mirpurkhas
Job Responsibilities:
- To manage a team of Recovery Officers and maximize recoveries from bad debts.
- To share critical MIS’s & insight of recovery portfolio
- Make sure that proper allocation of delinquent accounts is done.
- To ensure that skip accounts are identified at early stages and proper Skip tracing is followed by respective officer.
- Ensure that all Customer Services related complains/ queries to be resolved within TAT.
- Ensure that all staff is well trained to maintain the high level of Customer Services
- To comply with the Recovery Code of Conduct and Fair debt guidelines.
- Ensure that reversal and settlement policy is followed/ implemented for all activities performed in recovery.
- To ensure that all Recovery related Ops standards are met which includes compliance to bank policies.
- Coordinate with legal team for filing of cases.
Required Experience & Education:
- At-least 1 – 2 years in similar or team leading role in recovery side.
- Minimum Graduate, preferably Masters.
