Shift Manager required at Dunkin Donuts, Karachi.
The main responsibilities are:
- Delegating tasks to restaurant staff and supervising their performance.
- Maintaining a fully stocked inventory and ordering food supplies, as needed.
- Arrange to have shifts covered (e.g. when employees take time off).
- Help staff resolve on-the-job challenges.
- Track daily costs and revenues.
- Balance the cash register at the end of the shift.
- Coordinate with suppliers.
- Ensure client satisfaction and gracefully manage any complaints.
- Inform the next Shift Manager about pending tasks.
Job specification:
- Must be Intermediate, ideally graduate.
- Should have 1-2 years of experience in restaurant industry.
- Age should not be more than 30 years.
- Strong communication skills.
