IIqra University is excited to be hiring a Director to lead the Human Resources Department, located in Karachi.
ROLE OF THE HUMAN RESOURCES DIRECTOR:
•The Director is responsible for the overall management of Human Resources which provides highly complex human resource support and guidance to internal customers.
•This position is responsible for advising the Management in personnel matters and ensures that the delivery of human resource services align with the mission and objectives.
Education: 18 years of education in human resources, business, public administration, or closely related field;
Experience: Ten years of proven leadership experience in a senior management position of a complex multi-faceted Human Resource organization.
