Job Role & Requirements:
- Assist in the employee engagement activities, training programs and recruitment activities including posting jobs, scheduling interviews, conducting initial screenings, maintain interview tracker & conclude hiring for IT department
- Manage and maintain the executive calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Assist in day-to-day administrative tasks by coordinating with admin department, handling correspondence, and ensuring a well-functioning work environment
- Assist in the preparation of MIS and data entry for internal teams
- Assist the IT team in organizing sessions, webinars/workshops in coordination with the stakeholders
- Ensure document & MIS management and organizing meetings
- Assist in drafting internal communications of IT department
- Exhibit proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, outlook)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent verbal/written communication
