Job Title: Assistant Manager Internal Audit

Job Type: Permanent
Job Purpose: To provide an independent and objective assessment of the effectiveness and efficiency of companyโs operations, specifically its internal control structure. Should help the organization to accomplish its objectives by bringing a systematic and disciplined approach to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of control activities, and control environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Execution of the following assurance/engagements which include a) Audit assignments b) Review Assignments c) Compliance Engagements d) Agreed Upon Procedures.
- Professional duty to provide an unbiased and objective view on effectiveness of controls through audits conducted as per approved audit plan by management in I. Financial II. Internal Control III. Economic Responsibility IV. Risk Assessment V. Construction.
- Evaluate and improve the effectiveness of control processes. Provide Senior Management with assurance that helps them to fulfill their duties to the organization and its stakeholders.
- Implementation of efficient execution plans to improve controls within the organization with objectivity and independence, also recommend methods to enhance and improve control procedure. Develop an understanding of the business area under review, including objectives, measurements, key transaction types, review of documents and interviews.
- Develop and execute a risk-based sampling and testing approach to determine whether the most important management controls are operating as intended. Report issues and challenges identified and negotiate executable action plans with management to address the problems.
- Follow-up on reported findings at appropriate intervals. Internal audit department maintains a follow-up database for this purpose.
- Perform follow-up audit assignments as per approved audit plan to assure complete and effective compliance in areas already audited with agreed action plan(s) in previous audits
Eligibility Criteria (Education, Knowledge, Experience and Skills):
Education: Bachelors degree in relevant field (Accounting or Finance)/CA / ACCA / CIMA / ICMA
Work Experience: Relevant experience of 5 years in field of Auditing or Finance or working with a audit firm.

Job Title: Executive IDD & Business Planning

Job Purpose: This role involves ensuring profitability of LDI & IB business by applying learnt knowledge for accomplishing targets along with providing assistance in Business Planning/ Forecasting, launching new products for growing business portfolio of LDI & IB.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in Managing IDD Revenues Stream End to End.
- Assist in Formulation IDD Strategy, Increase revenue and customer base of IDD
- Manage all customer engagement activities of IDD
- Manage and Work On Development of Market competitive bundles of IDD to increase customer retention and Revenues
- Manage LDI & IB Business Intelligence through effective Reporting of Key Performance indicators of LDI & IB
- Evaluate LDI & IB performance related to KPIโs and Reporting to Line and Revenue stream managers in case of deviations from Targets
- Manage LDI & IB revenue Forecasting, Business Planning, Budgeting, Reporting and ROI Business Cases
- Ensuring clear and meaningful market analysis based on customer research and BI analysis, identifying gaps and opportunities
- Prepare Monthly, Quarterly and annual reporting decks of LDI & IB for Executive Management Coordination with Strategy, Commercial BI, Finance and RA teams for Revenue Targets, KPIs and Month end booking related queries
- Manage LDI Operators SOAs and coordination with Finance receivable and payable teams for reconciliations and related queries
- Project planning and managing the operations for launching new offers and promotions for IDD
- Oversee 360 degree campaign management for IDD โ conception, analytics, market research, pricing, business case & product development, communication and implementation
Eligibility Criteria (Education, Knowledge, Experience and Skills):
Education: A minimum of Bachelorโs degree in relevant field is required. Candidates with MBA or ACCA may be preferred.
Work Experience: A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in relevant domain is required.

Job Title: Assistant Manager Regulatory
Department: Regulatory
Reporting to: Senior Manager Regulatory Affairs
Location: Islamabad
Job Purpose: Responsible for handling technical compliance projects and requirements initiated by PTA and LEA.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage technical compliance projects and directives issued by PTA.
- Manage LI compliance projects to meet the LEA compliance initiatives.
- Sound understanding of the spectrum allocations and associated concepts to prepare for the upcoming spectrum auction.
- Strong day-to-day coordination with Engineering counterparts for implementation of technical requirements.
- Ensuring all the directives issued by PTA on above subjects, from time to time, are implemented in true letter and spirit.
- Liaison and relationship building with PTA, Ministry of IT and other government agencies having impact in ICT space.
- Review of policy frameworks and consultations papers.
- National and international market analysis for input on draft policies, regulations and framework.
- Internal and external stakeholder management.
- Any other task assigned by the Line Manager/HOD.
Eligibility Criteria (Education, Knowledge, Experience and Skills):
Education: Minimum Bachelorโs degree in Electrical/Electronics/Telecom/Computers from a reputable university is required.
Work Experience: Minimum 4-5 years of experience in telecom sector is required working with Government/Authority.
