We are looking for Manager – Corporate & Investment Banking position at Al Baraka Bank.
Key Details:
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Accounting & Finance from an HEC-recognized institution.
- At least 4 years of experience in a relevant field.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide active support in dealing directly with banks that act as lead advisors for transactions.
- Responsible for actively supporting the origination, structuring, negotiation, execution, and distribution of syndicated financing facilities.
- Ensure preliminary financial and commercial due diligence, accuracy of financial models, and identify risks for DCM, Financing Syndications, and Project Financing transactions.
- Ensure that financing structures presented to risk committees are as market-acceptable standards and saleable.
- Support the Unit Head & the Head of IBG in various analytical activities for any transaction being undertaken identified by IBG.
- Help in ensuring compliance with any instructions issued by the SBP/Team Leader/Unit Head.
Core Competencies:
- Strong financial/analytical skills.
- Knowledge of Islamic Finance/Products.
- Relationship management skills.
