Job Purpose:
- This role will be responsible for performing the day to day tasks related to the periodic internal and external financial reporting, audits, book keeping of CMPak group and providing support for ad hoc projects as assigned by the management.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide support in assessment of new IFRS or updates in existing IFRS / changes in Companies Act, 2017 and their timely implementation along with system and processes development to support the effective implementation
- Closure of end-to-end month end closing activities including: Recording and reconciliation of monthly revenue, accruals, operating & other expenses, while ensuring the reasonableness of the amounts involved against the previous months, variance analysis in coordination with other departments to fetch the monthly closing data
- Monthly management & group reporting with complete accuracy and within timelines along with preparation of monthly management accounts and group reporting pack
- Preparation and ensuring the correct reporting of financial statements of CMPak Group companies in line with requirements of IFRS, applicable laws and regulations (Companies Act, 2017)
- Coordination and liaison with the external, internal and group auditors for provision of information, coordinating with all the other concerned departments and getting the audit report as per the timelines
- Supervision of team members and guiding them in execution of their assigned tasks. Continuous review of their assigned tasks
- Government subsidies receivable and other receivables management along with coordination with the concerned for effective follow-ups and recovery
- Perform ad-hoc analyses on need basis, providing insightful views into the companyโs operations and financial performance. Refine and improve different balance sheet reconciliations to identify risk and probable issues from it
- Enhancing the ERP processes for reporting department and for other departments
- Follow and complete all the other tasks assigned as per the assigned timelines

Education:
- CA qualified with 1 โ 2 years of post-qualification experience
Work Experience:

Position: Executive Access Network Operations
Location: Islamabad
Job Purpose:
- To ensure smooth operations and maintenance of Telco & Non Telco infrastructure of CMPak access network.
Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to provide continuous support to regional teams in daily operations.
- Coordinate with stakeholders at both headquarters and regional levels for process & policies standardization and ensure compliance with company policies, guidelines, and core values.
- Develop and maintain preventive and corrective maintenance processes, quality standards, SLAs, and KPIs for the Access Network.
- Identify operational gaps and weaknesses in access network performance and fault management, assess risks and develop mitigation plans.
- Conduct post-deployment analysis of resources to ensure achievement of network quality and cost targets.
- Manage spare parts inventory related to the access network, proactively identifying future requirements based on fault rates and current stock levels.
- Plan, formulate, and execute key CAPEX and OPEX projects critical to routine operations and ensuring the stability and sustainability of the access network.
- Establish a clear responsibility matrix to streamline outsourced operations, defining stakeholder roles and accountabilities.
- Develop and implement maintenance and fault management processes for outsourced operations, ensuring consistent execution.
- Prepare contingency plans in collaboration with Managed Services vendors and regional teams to effectively manage network emergencies and special events.
- Oversee end-to-end management of Managed Services vendors, including timely contract renewals to ensure uninterrupted and reliable operations and maintenance of CMPakโs Access Network.
Education:
- Minimum Bachelors in Engineering (Electrical/Telecom) from HEC recognized university is required.

- Minimum 3-4 Years of experience in the relevant field of access network/field operations operations and vendor management.

- In-depth understanding of access network operations & FLM support provisioning to field operations team at HQ level.
- Hands-on experience on field operations including Telco (BTS/Transmission equipment) & Non-Telco (AC/DC Power systems) is highly desirable.
- Experience in DC & AC power solutions planning & operations in Telco operators & OEM will be preferred.
- Contract & vendor management experience including RFPs, SOW, SLAs drafting & ensure contractual compliances.
- Well versed with NMS (MAE ACCESS, U2020, Netnumen, UME) RMS (Huawei Neteco, ZTE Elastic Net) & OSS tools(Fault management, performance management), MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point), Visio, Power BI etc.
