Job description of Sr. Executive BSS (Network Security)

Conduct network security risk assessments/reviews through security devices logs & alerts.
Ensure that information security is adequately addressed in the development stage of any new business line technology
Evaluate effectiveness of security tools and testing methods including but not limited to SOX controls related to information security
Work with IT team to design and develop systems that monitor system security and provide management reports to protect and ensure the safety of the company information assets
Effectively communicate and work with IT to implement security controls between the IT team, Risk Management, and business units
Oversee the user application access documentation with information owners for approval
Verify that information security controls around user access (Internal & External), change management, systems access and utilization are working as intended through the use of daily monitoring tools and provide reports to management
Perform periodic reviews of compliance and prepare reports for management
Hands-on experience in working on security tools including but not limited to Next-Generation Firewalls, IPS/MPS systems, Web Application Firewalls, SPAM & Virus Firewalls and SIEM.
Deep understanding of security protocols like RADIUS, TACACS+, 802.1x, and AAA.
Conduct vulnerability assessment and penetration testing of critical applications and systems on regular basis and apply fixes against latest threats accordingly.

Qualifications/ Knowledge:

Masters/Bachelors in Computer Science or IT
Relevant education of Information / Network Security Management and substantial knowledge of Information / Network Security Standards and regulations.
Demonstrated track record of continuous learning on the subject of cyber-attacks and information system security in general .

Experience:

Minimum of four years of experience in information / network security or related field with specific experience in administering information / network security in telecom environment.
Proven track record of hands on experience on Network Security appliances & penetration testing.
Personnel having any of the security certifications (CISM, CISSP, CISA, CEH & ITIL) would be preferred.

Skills – Generic: Excellent verbal & Written Communication | Influential negotiation and persuasion skills.

Job description of Jr. Executive BSS (DWH/BI)

Responsible for leading and managing implementation of assigned BI & DWH Projects, business stake holders and solution providers based on Cost, Time and Quality parameters.
Own and ensure maintenance up to date Reports & Business rules design and documentation related to the solutions.
Follow up co-ordinate with DWH Operations and infrastructure team to ensure timely Testing, UAT and post production launch availability of the all scheduled reports and availability of the reporting & dashboard platform.
Complete and up to date documentation of Roadmap, Projects, Solution Design documents, Business rules documents, application requirements documents and training/education materials.

Qualifications/ Knowledge: Masters/Bachelors in Computer Science, MIT, BIT

Experience: At least 2-3 Years’ experience of working in BI & DWH domain. Teradata DWH experience will be plus.

Hands on expertise in data sourcing, dimensional model development,, reports and dashboards design, using standard BI & DWH tools and technologies like TERADATA, Oracle, BO,OWB, Cognos, Informatica, Acential Datastage, MSSQL etc.
Able to provide quick and accurate solutions to address critical business needs for information and insights of business stake holders.
Should have the skills for managing small and big change(s).
