Unilever Jobs HR Services Lead:Â The People Experience Lead is fully customer facing, serving as the first point of contact for the business (employee & manager) when it comes to end-to-end HR policies and procedures. This role will have full ownership of content and knowledge management in these areas.This role acts as a key partner in driving strategies for Recruitment, Learning Delivery, HRIS, Reward Delivery and managing HR Information and Analytics.Responsible for ensuring that employee policies, practices, and programs are consistently applied across client group and company-wide. Ensure proper and timely HR service delivery to UPL management and continuously improve on service delivery
Job Summary
- Responsible for UPL Recruitment, Learning Delivery, HRIS, Reward Delivery and managing HR Information;
- Fulfill company resourcing need by coordinating recruitment activities for new or replacement positions;
- Remuneration manager of UPL – oversee payroll process for all managers;
- Work with cluster expertise team in conducting annual salary survey;
- Work in liaison with Finance Business Partner for HR to ensure that HR costs are as per budget;
- Oversee different sources for HR information services to validate accuracy of HR information;
- Ensure that performance management documents are created & reviewed on time;
- Devise new ways to ensure HR service delivery is on track and implemented based on feedback to improve delivery standards;
- Maintain international assignee information in Workday;
- Liaison with Ernst & Young on international assignee policy change;
- Create OJP posting for international assignments.
Key Requirements
- 5-6 years of experience, preferably as a HR generalist;
- Sound understanding of the HR Strategy;
- Excellent negotiation and influencing skills;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills;
- Ability to work and manage multiple projects;
- Team leadership.
