Although the candidate may be deployed for PTML projects, however, HRSG reserves the right to deploy the candidate on other projects or to other companies/entities.

Job Purpose: The main purpose of the position is to monitor and evaluate the staff of Customer Operations through monthly scorecards. This position is also responsible to highlight areas for improvement along with providing performance trends of staff in order to give visibility of staff performance to stakeholders.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and develop monthly parameter reports on daily, weekly, monthly basis as per defined standard and timelines
- Develop monthly service quality scorecards of Customer Operations sub-departments from executive to HOD level including performance trends and deteriorated areas
- Ensure error-free evaluation of all assigned staff is done on monthly basis as per defined standards
- Provide authentic feedback based on the evaluation
- To appear in monthly quiz
Education Requirement:
- Minimum Bachelors; Masters degree in Management will be preferred
Experience Required:
- 0 – 2 years experience

- Good listening skills
- Command on MS office
- Good negotiation skills
- Good analytical skills
- Sound decision-making skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
