🚨 We’re Hiring: Sales Executive🚨

Transsion Tecno Motors is on the lookout for Sales Executives to join our dynamic team!

📍Location: Lahore, Punjab

✅ Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner.
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate E-Bike models and accessories.
Consistently achieve or exceed daily and monthly sales targets.
Maintain optimal stock levels and ensure proper product display and visual merchandising.
Accurately handle point-of-sale (POS) operations, including billing and invoicing.
Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly, ensuring complete satisfaction.
Ensure cleanliness and organization of the showroom at all times.
Provide daily sales and inventory reports to the Store Manager.
Adhere to company policies, standard operating procedures, and safety regulations.
Participate in external marketing activities and promotional events (such as expos, university drives etc.) to enhance brand visibility and drive sales.

🕒 Work Schedule:

Employees must be flexible and willing to work in any assigned 9-hour shift, which includes a 1-hour break.
Rotational shifts are scheduled on a weekly basis and may include night shifts, early morning shifts, and weekend duties.
Overtime, if required, will be compensated in accordance with the company’s policy.

🎓 Education: Intermediate (FA) or Bachelor’s Degree (BA) in any discipline.
🛠 Experience:

Minimum 02 to 03 years of relevant experience, preferably within the Automotive and Electric Vehicle (EV) sectors.
Strong computer proficiency is essential.
