WE ARE HIRING! FRONT DESK OFFICER
The incumbent would be required to have:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong presentation skills.
- Maintain the executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences, and preparing and maintaining the minutes of meetings.
- Answer all incoming calls and redirect them, or keep messages. Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.
- Take up other duties as assigned (travel arrangements, schedules, etc.)
- Proficient in English (oral and written) Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word).
- Maintain the reception area and ensure it is clean and presentable, maintain visitor logs.
Location: DHA Phase – 08 Lahore Requirement: Minimum Bachelor’s degree at least 03 year of relevant experience.
