As a part of our expansion plan in 2021, we are looking for the back office resources in our Group Life Policy Administration, Health and Claim Departments, in the capacity of Assistant Managers & Sr./ Executive Officers.

Our set criteria for the candidates (male or female) are as follows:

  • Minimum graduate / BBA
  • Minimum 2-5 years back office (operations, admin, procurement, HR) experience, preferably in the life insurance company
  • Must have sound computer skills, specially advance Excel
  • Sound oral and written communication skills with presentable personality
  • Should have working experience upon systems network

Position : Assistant Manager Actuarial Services & Group Pricing

We are looking for the services of energetic, enthusiastic and result-oriented professionals for the position of Assistant Manager Actuarial Services & Group.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in Product design & pricing of Individual Life & Health Insurance products . Coordination with other departments (IT, Underwriting, Operations, Strategy) in set up and launch of new products, Reserving for Individual & Group Business
Preparation of Reinsurance Accounts, Preparation of deliverables for Risk & Compliance Committee, Preparation of deliverables for Investment Committee, Coordination with Reinsurer
Profile:At least 2 years of work experience in an Actuarial role & At least 3 actuarial exams

Skills:

Excel & VBA, Data analytical skills, Knowledge of regulatory framework, Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask, Ability to delegate and supervise, Experience in R programming is an advantage
