The City School is looking to fill the position of Manager Technical at the Head Office, Lahore.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities for generators, air conditioning units, and solar systems across multiple campuses.
- Ensure operational readiness of all backup power systems (diesel/petrol generators) with minimal downtime.
- Monitor solar system output and maintenance cycles to ensure optimal generation efficiency.
- Oversee HVAC operations for consistent climate control and energy efficiency.
- Oversee and coordinate routine maintenance, repairs, and servicing of office facilities, equipment, and infrastructure.
- Ensure the smooth functioning of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
- Respond promptly to technical service requests from employees and resolve issues efficiently.
- Work with external vendors and service providers for maintenance and repair work.
- Negotiate service contracts and annual maintenance agreements to ensure cost effective solutions.
- Supervise on-site technicians and contractors during repairs and installations.
- Conduct risk assessments and ensure all technical operations meet industry standards.
- Maintain logs of maintenance activities, service requests, and completed work.
- Prepare monthly reports on technical service performance, downtime, and costs.
- Assist in budgeting and cost analysis for maintenance and repairs.
- Perform any other activities necessary for the general welfare of the organization, or as requested by the GM Admin or Admin staff.
