Deputy Manager Administration – (Lahore Based)
Education: MBA or Equivalent
Experience: 6 to 8 Years
Responsibilities:
- Managing general administration activities
- Liaison between administrative personnel and senior management, communicating needs and concerns
- Provide technical and logistical support
- Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary. Dealing with administrative purchases
- Mess management
- Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance
- Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the management
- Coordinating with Govt. Institutes/Departments
