Position: Assistant Manager R&D Fabrication
Qualification: Graduate from HEC recognized institute
Required Experience: 03+ years R&D and Product Development role in Textiles( Knitwear)

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the -Is’ Bulk production in Fabric Division
Research, design and evaluate materials. assemblies, processes and equipment
Provide technical support on fabrication to productions teams wherever necessary
Conduct assessments of each fabric by looking at parameters such as on-time delivery, consistency in chemical / physical standards & price movements.
Understanding and supporting Fabrication functions to meet the production target.
Work closely with Product Development to ensure a seamless hand over process.
Maintain fabrication calendar and adhere to defined calendar deadlines.
Maintain effective communication with all facilities/units and suggest corrective actions to address possible problems when identified.
Document all phases of research and development.

Must have Skills :

Strong analytical and problem solving capabilities
Willing to be a team member and cooperative in working style
Computer skills ( MS Office, ERP)
Ability to plan, prioritize and adapt to change

Position: Assistant Merchandiser/ Merchandiser
Qualification: Business/ Textile Graduate from HEC recognized institute
Required Experience: 03+ years in a Marketing/ Business Development role in Textiles( Knitwear)

Key Responsibilities:

Communicating with buyers by email on running orders & sampling.
Planning for new orders and to confirm TNA (Time and Action Plan) for production sample as well as delivery
Sample developments
Strike off / lab dips developments
follow up with buyers for approval and feedback
Updating latest comments on particular order to productions
updating the buyers with the order status at all stages
Execution of running orders (production)
Preparing Purchase order, contracts/P1s, Pricing advices and dispatch advices in ERP
Handling quality issues for sampling as well as production.
Preparing inspection schedule for shipment and notifying to quality department where third party QA involved.
Maintaining customer’s record for the order as well sampling.
Advising and assisting production.
Advising quality department about quality level.
Giving shipping instructions and following shipments.
Payments follow up.
Weekly and monthly reports (Booking, Development. Shipments. Payments)

Must have Skills:

Proficient and well-spoken in English
Willing to be a team member and cooperative in working style
Above average computer skills in word, Excel. Power point
Willing to work in a hierarchy with supervisor as well
