Sana Safinaz Jobs Senior Executive Finance :Sana Safinaz is looking Senior Executive Finance at our Head Office in Karachi.
Following is the responsibilities of Executive Finance – Retail / Web Store:
1. Review reconciliation of Retail Pro and SAP sales records.
2. Review party-wise receivables and report to Manager Finance on 4th day after month end.
3. Sales summary, preparation for sales tax purposes.
4. Sales, receipts recording, and monthly reconciliation of Punjab Customers.
5. Recording and managing export sales
6. MIS reporting
7. Review of Retail and Webstore expenses including but not limited to; rent, incentives, marketing, utilities and other expenses (excluding salaries).
8. Monthly retail and Web Store P/L and other reports to Head of Finance.
9. Communication with retail outlets for day to day matters including but not limited to cash deposits, new outlet opening, coordinating with banks for POS issues, entries correction. Etc.
10. Supervise executive finance retail. Salary PKR 45,000 to 50,000/-
