SSFR(PVT.) LIMITED is looking for Area Manager – Central & South.
Job Requirements:
Qualification: Minimum Master’s degree in Sales & Marketing.
Experience: Minimum 6 years of experience in Retail Industry.
Responsibilities:
- Enforce compliance to Retail Operations manual and organization’s policies; Highlights noncompliance and ensure resolution through appropriate intervention; Guides Store Manager for development of monthly report.
- Undertake store walk accompanied by Store Manager and notify of concerns (if any) and suggest actions.
- Provide feedback to product and concept leads regarding new/current product lines, product requests, future arrivals and faulty products.
- Performs random stock audit at stores to ensure effective inventory management.
- Classifies & breaks monthly targets in to weekly and daily targets and devise monthly sales plan for each Concept (New Stores / Existing Stores), Groups and Category based on sales trends / stock allocations.
- Presents monthly sales plan to supervisor and seeks approval.
