Position: Call Center Agent
Job Description:
โข Assist customers or callers by providing information and answer queries.
โข Respond efficiently; provide possible solutions, resolve problems by ensuring that customers feel supported and valued.
โข Keep records of all conversations and update customerโs database with notes for each customer on MIS.
โข Coordinate with Branches for data filtration and ensure recording of information/feedback given by the customers.
Qualification: Bachelorโs degree
Experience: Minimum 1 to 2 years as a Call Centre Agent, preferable in Microfinance Industry.
Job Location: Head Office, Karachi.

โข Strong phone and verbal communication along with active listening.
โข Customer focus and adaptable to different personality types.
โข problem analysis and problem solving.
โข Intermediate level of MS Office (Word, Power Point, Excel)
