๐๐๐ซ๐๐ก๐๐ง๐ญ ๐๐ง๐๐จ๐๐ซ๐๐ข๐ง๐ : Develop and implement efficient onboarding processes for new POS merchants.
๐๐๐ (๐๐ง๐จ๐ฐ ๐๐จ๐ฎ๐ซ ๐๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ญ๐จ๐ฆ๐๐ซ): Oversee the KYC process, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
๐๐๐๐ฆ ๐๐๐ง๐๐ ๐๐ฆ๐๐ง๐ญ Lead and manage a team of onboarding specialists, providing guidance, training, and coaching.
๐๐ซ๐จ๐๐๐ฌ๐ฌ ๐๐ฆ๐ฉ๐ซ๐จ๐ฏ๐๐ฆ๐๐ง๐ญ: Continuously review and improve onboarding processes to enhance customer experience and efficiency.
๐๐ข๐ฌ๐ค ๐๐๐ง๐๐ ๐๐ฆ๐๐ง๐ญ: Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with merchant onboarding.
๐๐ญ๐๐ค๐๐ก๐จ๐ฅ๐๐๐ซ ๐๐๐ง๐๐ ๐๐ฆ๐๐ง๐ญ: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as Business Partners, to ensure seamless onboarding and resolve issues.
๐๐จ๐จ๐ซ๐๐ข๐ง๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง: Coordinate with Business Partners on different projects and daily matters to ensure smooth operations.
๐๐๐ฉ๐จ๐ซ๐ญ๐ข๐ง๐ ๐๐ง๐ ๐๐ง๐๐ฅ๐ฒ๐ญ๐ข๐๐ฌ: Provide regular reporting and analytics on onboarding performance.
๐๐๐ช๐ฎ๐ข๐ซ๐๐ฆ๐๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ:
- Bachelorโs degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in banking or related field, with expertise in merchant onboarding and KYC
- At least 2 years of team management experience
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
