Job Responsibilities:

• Collecting and analyzing data on production output and lead times.
• Maintaining up-to-date records and assisting in forecasting demand based on historical data.
• Developing and monitoring production schedules aligned with customer orders.
• Ensuring strong follow-up with departments for seamless communication and issue resolution.
• Participating in initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce lead times.
• Preparing and managing reports, meeting minutes, and professional email correspondence.
• Providing daily updates to management and maintaining accurate production records.
• Assisting with daily operational updates and prioritizing tasks effectively for smooth operations.

Requirements:

• Education: BBA in Supply Chain, B.E in Textile/Industrial Engineering
• Experience: 0-6 months experience or internship in the textile industry (preferred).

Technical Skills:

• Advanced MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong verbal and written skills with an emphasis on follow-up.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and troubleshoot production issues proactively.
