In line with our strategy, the Bank is looking for talented, dedicated, and experienced professional(s) for the following positions in the area of Human Resource Management.
The individuals who fulfill the below basic-eligibility criteria may apply for the following positions:
1. Senior HR Business Partner (VP / SVP)
- Reporting to: Head HR Business Partner
- Educational/Professional Qualification:
- Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a local or international university/college/institute recognized by the HEC.
- Candidates having Bachelorโs or Masterโs degree in HR/Public Administration and/or HR-related professional certifications such as SHRM, CHRP, etc. would be preferred.
- Minimum 07 years of experience in Human Resources with experience working at least 04 years in HR as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist.
- Candidates having experience of working in similar roles in financial sectors would be preferred.
- Experience:
- Demonstrated success in all Human Resource functional areas within a dynamic and complex environment.
- Must be hands-on and capable of planning, developing, and executing Human Resource projects and policies.
- Proven project and relationship management and communication skills.
- Good understanding of business and financial acumen.
- Leadership skills, coaching, and mentoring.
- Other Skills/Expertise Required:
- Strong analytical and consulting mindset to manage complex groups, supporting businesses in all HR initiatives.
- Ability to work closely with business heads to understand their requirements and provide solutions in line with the Bankโs policies.
- Must build strong relationships to bridge gaps between management and employees.
- Proficiency in MS Office Applications.
- Knowledge of HR functions and operations.
- Main Duties/Responsibilities:
- Engage various Human Resource services across groups, supporting businesses in all HR functions.
- Align and manage Human Resource initiatives with Bankโs objectives across the board.
- Coordinate and implement nationwide special projects initiated by the HR function.
- Work closely with the business in various HR processes, including performance management, talent acquisition, learning & development, and employee relations.
- Facilitate workforce and headcount planning.
- Review and recommend improvements in HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and provide input to create a better working environment.
- Perform other assignments as assigned by the supervisor(s).

2. HR Business Partner (OG-I / AVP)
- Reporting to: Senior HR Business Partner
- Educational/Professional Qualification:
- Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a local or international university/college/institute recognized by the HEC.
- Candidates having a Bachelorโs or Masterโs degree in HR/Public Administration and/or HR-related professional certifications such as SHRM/CHRP, etc., would be preferred.
- Experience:
- Minimum 05 years of experience with at least 02 years in Human Resources.
- Candidates having experience in similar roles in financial sectors would be preferred.
- Other Skills/Expertise Required:
- Demonstrated success in all Human Resource functional areas within a dynamic and complex environment.

3. HR Officer โ Performance & Rewards (OG-II / OG-I)
- Reporting to: Wing Head โ Performance & Rewards
- Educational/Professional Qualification:
- Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a local or international university/college/institute recognized by the HEC.
- Candidates having a Bachelorโs or Masterโs degree in HR/Public Administration or equivalent would be preferred.
- Experience:
- Minimum 04 years of experience in performance management and/or compensation and benefits, preferably in a financial institution or banking sector.
- Other Skills/Expertise Required:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
- Main Duties/Responsibilities:
- Assist in fixing employee benefits as per MRT/MRC and deferred remuneration details.
- Help manage NBP remuneration policy, guidelines, and compensation framework.
- Support NBP-funded investments and allocate profits to MRT/MRC.
- Coordinate with compensation and payroll teams to process employee benefits.
- Provide analytical support for managing deferred bonus pools.
- Conduct financial modeling for business planning, regulatory submissions, and corporate reporting.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and manage the implementation of employee rewards programs.
- Place of Posting: Karachi
Additional Information:
Only shortlisted candidates strictly meeting the above-mentioned basic eligibility criteria will be invited for test/panel interviews. The employment will be on a contractual basis for three (03) years, which may be renewed at the discretion of the management. Selected candidates will be offered compensation and benefits as per the Bankโs policy.
