Mughal Iron & Steel Industries Limited is seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented HR professional for the position of Senior Executive HR (Operations). This role requires strong hands-on expertise in HR operations with mandatory proficiency in FlowHCM.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day HR operations with accuracy and compliance
- Handle attendance management system and monthly validations
- Administer leave management system through FlowHCM
- Manage medical insurance processes including enrollments, claims, and renewals
- Oversee employee loans & advances including recoveries and records
- Execute and manage performance appraisal cycles and system entries
- Lead end-to-end onboarding processes and employee documentation
- Maintain complete personnel files (physical & digital) ensuring audit readiness
- Process final settlements, gratuity, leave encashment, and clearances
- Ensure HR data accuracy, reporting, and compliance via FlowHCM
🔹 Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of relevant HR experience
- Mandatory proficiency in FlowHCM
- Strong command over HR operations and labor law compliance
- High level of accuracy, confidentiality, and ownership
- Excellent coordination and communication skills
