Key Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct inspections of plant equipment, structures, and materials, and oversee development or modification projects within the plant.
- Supervise maintenance activities related to inspections, including thickness measurements, NDT, and visual examinations of equipment.
- Assist in project execution for mechanical modifications and new equipment installations.
- Maintain detailed inspection records, prepare technical reports, and identify abnormalities for corrective actions.
- Ensure all inspection and project activities comply with safety and quality standards.
Key Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of inspection techniques, including NDT, thickness measurement, and hydrotesting.
- Hands-on experience in static equipment inspection and mechanical maintenance.
- Familiarity with ASME/API codes and plant safety standards.
- Knowledge of vessel entry procedures, PTW, and LOTO protocols.
- Proficient in technical report writing, data interpretation, and documentation.
- Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Lucky Core Industries Limited is hiring Manager HSE for its Chemicals and Agri Sciences Business based in Karachi.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Implement, manage, and continuously improve HSE&S Management Systems in line with company policies and international standards (ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
- Ensure compliance with all applicable local and national HSE legislation, including the Factories Act, Environmental Protection Act, Civil Defence, Fire Brigade, Boiler Law, and related regulations.
- Liaise with regulatory authorities and environmental consultants to obtain, renew, and maintain Environmental NOCs, permits, and statutory approvals.
- Lead hazard identification, risk assessments, learning event analyses, and incident investigations, ensuring effective corrective and preventive actions.
- Develop, monitor, and report HSE improvement plans and sustainability initiatives to drive measurable performance improvements.
- Plan, conduct, and support management, operational, specialist, ISO, and third-party HSE audits, ensuring timely closure of findings.
- Ensure implementation and governance of engineering and fire safety standards in accordance with NFPA codes, CEP12 Fire Safety Management, and corporate engineering guidelines.
- Collaborate with corporate teams to develop, review, and implement engineering and HSE guidelines aligned with global best practices.
- Coordinate emergency preparedness programmes, fire safety management systems, and emergency drills across all operational locations.
- Develop and deliver HSE training programmes, including fire safety, first aid, evacuation, emergency response, and awareness sessions.
- Lead the identification, documentation, and submission of HSE performance data and best practices for national and international HSE awards.
- Maintain the HSE Action Database, assigning, tracking, and driving closure of corrective and preventive actions.
- Liaise with corporate HSE, government authorities, auditors, and external stakeholders to ensure effective compliance and system integration.
- Drive continuous improvement and embed a strong safety culture across plants, warehouses (North and South), laboratories, and supply chain operations.
Key Skills and Certifications:
- Hazard identification and risk assessment expertise
- Auditing and compliance management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Strong understanding of global HSE best practices and applicable legislation
- Working knowledge of PTW systems, emergency response, and firefighting
- Effective training and facilitation skills
- NEBOSH IGC
- ASP/CSP (Preferred)
- ISO 14001 Certification (Required/Preferred)
- Lead Auditor Certification: ISO 45001:2018, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 (Preferred)
