Who are we looking for?
- Preferably Master’s degree in business administration, Commerce, Accounting, finance or part qualified CA/ACCA/ACMA.
- Minimum 3-5 years working experience in Regulatory Compliance, Risk or Audit in financial institute/banking with good knowledge of prevailing banking laws.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implementation of CRM Guidelines:
· To develop appropriate procedures & processes and ensure their proper communication to relevant line managers/staff at all levels to ensure that they are provided with all current and accurate information required to maintain knowledge of applicable regulatory requirements. - Compliance Risk Management Training:
· To ensure that need based training programs are designed to help spread the message of importance and significance of compliance risk management.
· To enhance the awareness of compliance risk, will arrange in-house/outsourced training for employees at different hierarchal levels. - Internal Control:
· Assisting in developing and implementing of internal Control Framework.
· Managing follow-up on internal control issues raised by SBP/External and Internal Auditor during audits. - Additional Tasks:
Assisting in coordination during SBP Inspections and any other relevant tasks/assignment as and when entrusted by Management.
