Officer/Senior Officer – Treasury

The ideal candidate should have the following qualification, experience and skill sets:

Minimum Masters in accounting or Finance or other equivalent professional qualification from a reputable university in Pakistan or abroad.
Minimum 2 years’ experience of working in finance department.
Experience of dealing with banks.
Experience of handling import transactions.
Experience of working in ERP environment (Plus).
Understanding of Foreign exchange regulations.
Understanding of Import Trade.
Knowledge of treasury operations.
Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading and writing.
Proficient in MS Office.

The main responsibilities of the position will involve:

Preparation of payment withdrawal notices and keeping the record for all payments.
Establishment of LC’s and their retirement.
Issuing Disbursement Request and making settlements for WC facility along with its necessary notifications to lenders and its approval for disbursement.
Submission of V4 monthly reporting to bank for onward submission to SBP.
Submission of Invoices for payments related to treasury team expenses like LC Commission, Security Trustee Fee, Agency Fee, or any other lenders & bank related charges.
Assist in submission of cases to State Bank of Pakistan.
Assist in preparation of periodic reporting for management.
