Position: Manager Meter to Cash

Job Purpose:

We are seeking a dynamic Business Process Automation Specialist to lead and innovate the Meter to Cash processes at KE. This role involves driving the automation and refinement of business processes in the commercial sector, with a special emphasis on the Meter to Cash cycle. The ideal candidate will excel in project management, operational analysis, and liaising with IT and Distribution teams for process enhancement.

Eligibility:

• MBA or MS degree, or relevant financial certifications such as ACCA, CIMA, ICAEW, or CA
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in BPR/BPM, Project Management, Business Process Automation role

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a strategic approach to automate and improve the Meter to Cash process in collaboration with business units.
• Build and maintain strong relationships within distribution units, focusing on process improvements and operational excellence.
• Lead and align automation initiatives with the Distribution Strategy team to enhance overall process efficiency.
• Implement efficient processes and ensure compliance with corporate policies and SOPs to mitigate potential cost risks.

Position: Assistant Manager Digital Payments Development

Job Purpose:

Responsible for assisting and managing various workstreams of digital payment projects. This position requires an incumbent to effectively serve business needs for driving the roadmap for Digital Payment, create a mechanism and implement digital payment technology for KE Customers and Internal Business Unit. The position will be closely liaising with Business and Technology for automation of different reports and development of system controls for digital payment projects, reduce in-efficiencies and use available systems to develop, coordinate and deliver projects.

Eligibility:

• BBA/BS (IT preferred) / BCS, minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in Utility Sector/ Banking / Fintech. Knowledge of SAP ERP/ISU is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understanding of commercial and technical aspects of business
• Knowledge of digital space and aware of ongoing initiatives by other organizations
• Functional Knowledge of Utility Billing and Payment Systems.
• Knowhow of SAP-ISU modules.
• Ability to benchmark and analyze various business processes.
• Knowledge of operational and technical aspects of Banking
• Strong financial and data analytics concepts
• Skill for financial reports and ageing analysis.
• Great sense of business opportunities and assets to cash on for future
