Position: Executive Engineer

Job Location: Karachi & Multan (willing to relocate)
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct site surveys for New Development (ND) and Conversion sites, ensuring all necessary technical specifications and regulatory requirements are met.
- Prepare technical drawings for DC (Development Control) NOC (No Objection Certificate), ensuring compliance with local regulations and standards.
- Develop detailed technical cases for submission to the Department of Explosives, including Construction Approval and Safety Completion Certificates, ensuring that all documentation is complete and accurate.
- Maintain proper and accurate documentation for all under-construction sites, ensuring records are up to date and easily accessible.
- Ensure that all necessary safety, operational, and technical documentation is in place for each site and meets legal and regulatory standards.
- Follow HSE protocols diligently, ensuring that all site activities, both under construction and operational, comply with established health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Stay well-versed in safety measures and ensure that all construction and operational activities at fuel stations are executed in a safe and compliant manner.
- Address and resolve technical complaints related to commissioned sites, coordinating with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to implement solutions.
- Inspect the quality and accuracy of work done by vendors on fuel stations, ensuring it meets company standards and specifications.
- Prepare and present quarterly progress reports based on monthly activity reports, highlighting achievements, challenges, and next steps for each site.
- Track and report the status of under-construction and operational sites, providing updates to senior management.
Required Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in civil engineering roles; must have OMC’s experience with a strong focus on project management (willing to relocate).

- Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in engineering design software and project management tools.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
