JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Identifying and approaching prospects and potential clients
- Implementing marketing and targeting strategy
- Planning and delivering pitches and company presentation in consultation with technical staff
- Coordination with Proposals Department for bidding purposes
- Negotiating and closing of contracts
- Building and maintaining client relationships
- Developing and running a feedback system from client
- Input in design and updates of marketing tools as per market feedback e.g. company profile, brochures, websites etc.
Requirement:
Primarily requires sales and relationship building in Construction industry with Clients, Architects, Electrical Consultants, Structure Consultants, Mechanical Consultants, HVAC Consultants and Plumbing Consultants.
Preferably looking for candidates with good networking, Experience in B2B corporate sales will be a plus
